Life On Mars

This Confirmation is an agreement between Hirer (Customer) and the Supplier (Artiste/s).

Events Book Now act as an Online Entertainment Agency.

The named in this agreement to ensure that they have an adequate level of Public Liability Insurance and any relevant safety documentation.

CANCELLATIONS:

1. Where the hirer cancels the Booking less than 6 months but more than 3 months prior to the date of the Event, 25% of the Fee due.

2. Where the hirer cancels the Booking less than 3 months but more than 1 month prior to the date of the Event, 50% of the Fee due.

3. Where the hirer cancels the Booking less than 1 month prior to the date of the Event, 100% of the Fee due.Note:

If booking is made within six weeks of Event, and then cancellation made, then100% of the Fee due.When a Cancellation is agreed we reserve the right to levy a charge of up to 15% against the cancelling party in order to cover additional costs involved.

NPU (Non-Pick-Up) and Artiste Invoices owed to Events Book Now should be remitted within 7 days of Invoice Issue Date(s). 8% will be added monthly on over-due Invoices, and £60 if debt recovery is necessary. Agents agree to contra payments made by this office if appropriate

CONFIRMATION/CONTRACTS: Terms of Business are confirmed on our website during booking and the Terms of Business have been read, accepted and understood, as without acceptance no bookings can be made by Hirer (Customer) and the Supplier (Artiste/s).

Please sign & return all Confirmation Contracts, Contracts, and Terms of Business as non-return of all documents is not enough to avoid responsibilities of all agreements in any or all engagement(s) undertaken, and the appearance at any one engagement confirms that the Terms of Business have been read and accepted, as without acceptance no engagement(s), can be met.
